Information about the shipping fees

We prefer shipping the goods with DHL or GLS. Our contracts with GLS guarantee you a reliable and timely delivery. If you have a contract with a transport company, such as UPS or TNT or Fedex, you can also send us your account number and we will send the goods with your parcel service. Shipping cost regulation: For shipping costs please refer to the table below. For larger orders or for larger amounts, the shipping costs are usually lower or will be completely eliminated. There is also the opportunity to collect the goods on-site by appointment. Minimum order value: The minimum order value is 40,- EUR (except for express shipping and reseller customers, there it is 150, - EUR) !

Delivery time: The delivery time for items is usually 48 hours from stock. The estimated delivery time is given for each article, but not binding!

Partial deliveries: If you want partial shipments, we will send you the available goods in advance at cost price. On request express shipping is possible. In exceptional cases, a same day delivery.

Environmental protection: We try to burden the environment as little as possible. Therefore, we use partially used carton packaging rather than new. However, these boxes are in perfect condition. If a package arrives damaged, please report the damage immediately to the delivery person and to our company. Please make sure that the damage is confirmed by the delivery person. The goods are usually insured for transport except if you told us to do else.
